Comment from Mark, a visitor (November 2005):
Saturday night, excellent atmosphere, great crowd. Only problem we had was with the cloakroom who would not take our coats at first, said they were full - but then they would still take polish customers coats. A friend who spoke polish, spoke to them and persuaded them to take coats.

Gay Friendly, Theatre, Galery, Club
Enjoy over 300 square meters of space in one of Krakow's best gay-friendly spots. Here you'll find tasteful decor, good music - seeing a pattern? Kitsch can also boast membership in a group of sorts... In this same kamienica (building, palace, brownstone - depending where you're from), you'll find a few other cool joints to check out. Good atmosphere, good tunes, good drinks. Time to dance the night away. Membership cards & door selection.
Daily from 8 pm until?

Comment from Emery, a visitor (Juli 2005): Kitsch on a weds night was a good time, not tons of people but big 3 story place with many lounges and bars. the decor is grungy. my local straight friends go there since its cool to hang out there. lots of cute boyz and apparently fri and sat are just packed and very wild.
Comment from Jacob, a visitor (September 2005): I went there alone to check the place out, seemed ok, rather straightish, though one of the 'regulars' stole 400 Zl from my wallet. I had it quite hidden deep in one of my pockets but so be it. Whilst its a nice place, I'd recommend being careful with the guys there. Ive heard now that its a common thing. Personally I'd stick to the 7 Club. The atmosphere is much more friendly, its specific gay clientele and its quite a sexy little place. Mr Barman is quite the sexy one too :)
Comment from Mark, a visitor (November 2005): I went on a Sunday, wasn't very busy but expected on a sunday. Bar staff very friendly and spoke good english. Not easy to find though, sign outside too small, could do with being bigger.
Comment from Siggi and Toggi from Iceland, visitors (April 2006): Kitsch club was not very friendly as I thought it would be. I came there with 2 Polish friends and the doormen was picky on the dresscode. I didnt see any dresscode at all of the people coming in and out they were all different and had no special trend. So I think it was just the mood of the doormen. I walked away with my polish friends and went to other bars to spend my money. Probably fun though if the doorman is not so moody.
